Base pay range
Alvest Equipment Services (AES) offers a complete range of excellent service for ground handling equipment in the airport environment. These services include equipment rental (short or long term), fleet management and equipment sharing, maintenance services, refurbishment and sale of used equipment. As well as tailor‑made advice. AES is an Alvest company, Ground Support Equipment worldwide leader with TLD, SAS, Sage Parts and AES.
Présentation Du Poste
As part of our development, we are looking for a Business Developer in Italy and to cover the south of Europe.
The position missions will be as follows.
* Be in charge of promoting and selling our maintenance, rental, leasing, pooling and fleet management service solutions.
* Provide a solution to each customer's specific requirements.
* Respond to a call to tender, formulating offers and negotiating contractual terms and conditions
* Act as the main point of contact between customers and our service teams for all matters relating to the contract: production lead times, deliveries, after sales service, spare parts.
* Perform machine acceptance checks at the factory.
* Promote AES services to customers and during trade exhibitions, events, etc.
* Analyse sales results to optimize figures and take corrective action (all managed Via Power BI)
* Conduct market research to monitor competition and anticipate trends.
Profil Recherché
* With a master’s degree in sales, you have between 3 and 5 years’ experience in the sale of B2B services.
* You have demonstrated your ability to solve problems and work with different internal teams: engineering, after‑sales, finance and legal. You have a good knowledge of international trade regulations.
* You will be rigorous and methodical, and your team spirit and interpersonal skills will be essential if you are to provide a high‑quality customer service.
* As a Business Developer, you will occupy a key position with a great deal of autonomy, and you will be trained in our products during your integration.
* Professional English (C1 level) is essential.
* You will be prepared to travel frequently: 1 to business trips per month.
* This is a home office position, located near the airport, with the option to use a co‑working space.
