POSITION OVERVIEWWe are looking for a passionate and professional Japanese Chef to join our team and take care of our Teppanyaki cuisine.The role will operate in our Palazzo Kitchen, our garden-view private room where guests will test the Teppanyaki cuisine on request.Under the direction of the Executive Chef and the Executive Sous Chef, the incumbent will assist in taking care of the daily food preparation and duties assigned to meet the set standards and qualities. RESPONSIBILITIESBasic knowledge of Teppanyaki preparationsParticipate creatively in the preparation of Teppanyaki menus and special food itemsFamiliar with food hygiene and relevant health & safety standardsMaintain a clean work area and uniformEnsure that all stock are kept under optimum conditions QUALIFICATIONSEligible to work in the EUAbility to work well with others and support team members in a group settingBe creative, a dedicated team player, passionate about food and committed to work
