Inside the restaurant and under the supervision of the Executive Chef:
* is responsible for the execution of his own game
* chooses the ingredients respecting the established quality standards
* measure the doses following the prescribed procedures
* checks the peculiarity and presentation of the different courses
Qualifications
* Diploma or qualification in the hotel sector
* Experience in the role of at least two years gained in gourmet / starred restaurants R&C and / or 4 / 5* hotels
* Good competence in the preparation of fresh and stuffed pasta, experience in handling fish and meat
* Complete the profile: learning speed, flexibility, dedication to work, cleanliness and order, passion, team spirit
Additional Information
Fixed‑term contract with the possibility of extension
CCNL Tourism. The classification and remuneration will be commensurate with the profile and experience
