You Are:
You are a results-oriented sales professional with a strong engineering background, fluent in both English and Italian. As a Sales for Synopsys, you serve as the primary contact between Synopsys and customers in your assigned territory or set of named accounts. You are responsible for maintaining and growing customer accounts, maximizing sales profitability, growth, and account penetration. You leverage your technical knowledge and sales expertise to identify new business opportunities, deliver value-driven solutions, and support customers in achieving their goals. Your strategic mindset, communication skills, and commitment to excellence make you a key driver of business success.

What You’ll Be Doing:

-
- Driving sales activities to establish, develop, and maintain profitable relationships with current and prospective customers to maintain renewal business and generate new business for an assigned geographic area, set of named accounts or product/service line to achieve or exceed revenue objectives.
- Selling products/services through phone, video calls and face-to-face meetings.
- Uncovering customer’s pain points, negative consequences, and desired positive business outcomes to identify the best solution. Clearly present the value of Ansys products/services through metrics and proof points while tying to the customer’s needs and differentiating from competition.
