IBM Sales Accelerator ProgramThe IBM Sales Accelerator Program is designed for early career professionals who want to build a long‐term career in technology sales. This program combines structured learning, hands‐on selling experience, and international exposure to prepare you to become a successful IBM seller. As part of the program, you will begin your journey with 2 months onboarding in your home market before joining IBM's international Sales Center in Valencia, Spain for an 18‐month Global IBMer assignment. During this time, you will work with an international community of IBMers across EMEA while developing modern sales skills and gaining experience supporting real client opportunities. After completing the 18‐month program, there will be your next career step waiting for you in your home market.Program FocusThrough mentorship, structured training and practical selling experience, the program prepares you to engage clients, support the sales cycle and help organizations adopt IBM technologies across areas such as Data and AI, Cloud, Automation, and Sustainability.Your Role & Responsibilities
Support the sales cycle from early prospecting through qualified opportunitiesEngage with clients to understand business challenges and technology needsContribute to client conversations and early solution positioningCollaborate with technical specialists, solution teams, and partners on opportunitiesBuild pipeline through outreach, lead follow‐up, and opportunity developmentParticipate in structured sales training, certifications, and skill development
Required EducationBachelor's DegreeRequired Technical and Professional Expertise
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, or a related fieldRecent graduate with up to 12 months of full‐time professional experienceStrong interest in technology sales and client engagementStrong communication, collaboration, and learning mindsetFluency in English and the language of the hiring market
Preferred Technical and Professional Experience
Exposure to enterprise technology areas such as AI, cloud, data, or automationInternship, academic, or project experience related to sales, technology, or business developmentInterest in international work environments and willingness to relocate for the program assignment
