Role Overview The Technical Sales Engineer acts as a key technical reference for customers and local teams, ensuring high-quality technical support, coordination of service activities, and close collaboration with sales and operations. The role combines technical know-how, customer service excellence, and strong cross-functional interaction. Key Responsibilities Act as the first point of contact for customers and internal teams regarding technical issues Provide technical support and assistance in maintenance, guarantee, and service-related topics Coordinate external technical service partners for maintenance, guarantee, and goodwill works Advise Sales and Operations teams on technical matters when required Ensure high customer service standards and contribute to achieving quality targets Support continuous improvement initiatives within Technical Service and Customer Service / Back Office Collaborate closely with local subsidiaries and HQ to ensure service excellence Profile Requirements Ideally technical education in sanitary building services (gas-water installer), as a technician or master craftsman.
