Position: Sales Area Manager
Location: Pavia, Italy
abmStudio, representing one of the most important European companies in its sector (a group developing innovative products and solutions for the B2B industry, with multiplants and global distribution), is currently seeking a Sales Area Manager.
The group is a benchmark in the industry, with a consolidated international presence and continuous innovation in Research & Development.
The candidate will report to the Sales Director and will be responsible for managing and developing business in assigned product applications/markets.
They will ensure the proper implementation of the commercial strategy, with full responsibility for achieving sales targets and revenue objectives set with management for the assigned business perimeter, in compliance with the company's sustainability policies and promoting the added value of products and services. Additionally, they will monitor commercial policies and sales conditions, support customer service, communicate the added value of products, and manage the internal and external sales network (collaborators, agents, distributors).
We are looking for professionals with 7-10 years of experience in sales roles, preferably with an international mindset and previous experience managing teams.
Fluent knowledge of English and a second language is required (additional plus).
Package offered: RAL: €60k-€70k + MBO, company car.
