Position Snapshot: - Nestlé in Italy, Milan headquarters - Permanent contract - At least 5 years of experience in Marketing with at least 2 years in E-business managing a direct to consumer platforms. - Previous experience in other Genetating Demand functions appreciated - You will report to Nescafé Dolce Gusto Senior Brand Manager and E business Manager - Proficiency in English and Italian Position Summary: Contribute to the definition and drive the implementation of the E-business strategy for the Brand, managing NDG digital assets (proprietary website; NDG App; Social platforms), leveraging on all the possible means (eg. e-content, promos, SEO, CRM; Loyalty program) to increase sales and margins. You are a point of reference for the Local and Global NDG E commerce teams to accelerate the growth of the channel and keep on building the Brand loyalty A day in the life of E-Business Brand Manager Nescafé Dolce Gusto: - Establish and execute the E-Business plan for NESCAFÉ Dolce Gusto working alongside with NDG Senior Brand and E- business manager and Sales team to increase loyalty and conversion - Contributes to the continuous improvement of the customer experience on NDG digital assets by implementing the global guidelines and developing local initiatives - Work alongside with agencies and NDG GBU to shape NDG CRM & loyalty strategy, monitoring KPIs and taking actions to achieve the e-business objectives - Analyze NDG Digital Assets metrics developing reports to track performance, customer behaviors, return on promo/investment and other key success indicators; - Develop digital media campaigns and e-contents for e-retailer - Efficiently manage the brand loyalty program (“PREMIO”) increasing user’s base and engagement What will make you successful: - Good project management skills and ability to work with global functions - Resiliance, flexibility, analitical mindset - Ability to work under pressure
