We are looking for a Restaurant Manager to join our Hotel division, reporting to the Structure Director, who can embody the elegance and warmth that distinguish the Lungolivigno Hotel & Fashion group.
The person will be inserted at the Hotel Concordia.
We are looking for an energetic, dynamic, and positive person with excellent relational skills, emotional leadership, and consolidated expertise in the restaurant sector.
The Restaurant Manager is the operational point of reference for the restaurant area: they guide and inspire their team, guaranteeing impeccable service and a memorable experience for every guest.
The role involves the complete management of the restaurant sector, both operationally and organizationally, in close collaboration with department heads.
The figure will coordinate all outlets in the structure:
Bistrot with panoramic terrace
Dining room dedicated to hotel guests
Fine Dining restaurant with gourmet menu
The group's concept combines tradition and innovation, merging hospitality and fashion into a unique and distinctive hospitality experience.
Requisiti
Requirements:
Consolidated experience in the same position, preferably in luxury hospitality contexts
Ability to manage structured teams and dynamic contexts
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

Main tasks:
Coordinate and operate in the first line, ensuring a smooth and high-level service
Constantly monitor guest satisfaction, anticipating needs and expectations
Motivate and train the team, guiding them towards excellence and respect for company policies and standards
Collaborate with the Management and other department heads for inventory management, counting, and periodic checks
Plan work shifts efficiently, ensuring coverage and continuity of service
Ensure compliance with HACCP, safety, privacy, hygiene, and environmental regulations
Promote and develop events, initiatives, and new proposals to enrich the gastronomic offer
Bring innovation and ideas to constantly improve the quality of service and the guest experience

Consolidated experience in similar contexts, with high standards of hospitality
Excellent management, coordination, and team motivation skills
Excellent relational skills and constant attention to customer experience
Knowledge of sales techniques and ability to manage clients with different cultures and approaches
Good knowledge of wine and sensitivity to healthy eating (bio, detox, etc.), considered a plus
Excellent organizational skills, with strong attention to order and cleanliness
Excellent analytical skills, autonomy, and stress resistance
Good knowledge of Italian and English; knowledge of German or Russian is considered a plus
