They’re looking for a Sales Manager who thrives in building and scaling field teams, driving regional strategy, and delivering sustainable growth through strong execution.
Develop and manage a distributed team of field sales professionals
Coach team members across the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing
Establish and refine sales processes, tools, and ways of working
Recruit, onboard, and grow sales talent in line with business expansion
5+ years of solid experience in direct sales, including multiple years leading teams
~ Comfortable working with data to manage pipeline health and forecasts
~ Native-level Italian and good working proficiency in English
