Position: Test Pack Coordinator\nLocation: Rotterdam, Netherlands (work on site)\nProject: Oil and Gas Plant Construction\nAbout the Company:\nFor an international EPC contractor and recognized leader in the construction of a large-scale Oil & Gas projects, we are looking to hire a Test Pack Coordinator to support a major project in Rotterdam, Netherlands.\nWhat you will do: Manage the full Test Pack workflow, ensuring documentation accuracy and compliance with project procedures.\nReview and validate Test Packs prepared by the Contractor before submission.\nCoordinate system walkthroughs, field verifications, and punch list management activities.\nSupervise hydrotest and reinstatement activities performed by Subcontractors.\nMonitor mechanical completion status and support completion & turnover processes.\nProvide structured reports on progress, dossier status, and system readiness to the Pre-Commissioning Manager.\nEnsure alignment between site execution and documentation requirements. Requirements: Technical Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering.\nAt least 5 years of experience in a similar role within international Oil & Gas or petrochemical projects.\nStrong knowledge of piping codes and standards (ASME B31.3, PED, valve codes) as well as pressure testing, mechanical completion, and system turnover.\nProven experience in preparation of test packs, method statements, procedures, P& ID and similar.\nAdvanced Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, Power Query) for data management and reporting.\nFamiliarity with digital systems for punch list and quality documentation management.\nStrong operational leadership and site coordination capabilities.\nGood command of English at least at B1 level, preferably B2, Italian is considered a plus.
