Join our Quality Team Partner with the best The Project Quality Manager (PQM) is responsible for ensuring that the project scope of supply meets quality contractual requirements. He/She collaborates with the Project Manager and supporting functions involved in the project requisition processes, managing risks and mitigation plans to minimize defects and exceed customer expectations. The role involves working closely with the QMS and Quality Leader to verify procedures and work instructions, ensuring continuous improvement. Digital transformation is integral to this role to enhance organizational efficiency. As a Project Quality Manager, your responsibilities include: Preparing the project quality plan in cooperation with the Project Manager. Analyzing contractual specifications and conducting the Project Quality Risk Review with all involved functions to identify risks and define mitigation plans, including supplier surveillance. Further responsibilities involve managing inspection activities, participating in project reviews, attending pre-inspection meetings with customers, managing notifications, monitoring data collection, verifying certifications, handling non-conformities, and promoting process optimization through digitization. Fuel your passion To succeed, you should: Hold a Master’s degree. Be fluent in Italian and English. Have a passion for Quality and Continuous Improvement. Possess knowledge of Quality Management Systems, Quality Control, and Digitization. Be available to travel on short notice. Have proven experience in Quality or Project Management roles. Be skilled in Digital Transformation and problem-solving using digital tools. Have strong communication and interpersonal skills. Be a good team player in a cross-functional environment.
