Main activities Send purchase orders to suppliers and request quotes for new projects/productions; Monitor production, component deliveries and manage relationships with suppliers; Maintain the right level of inventory by minimizing stocks; Prepare analyzes and reports relating to components/suppliers/current activities; Manage component/task deadlines in order to achieve the objectives of the procurement team and the Operations department; Analyze and resolve system interfaces; Manage component logistics activities and FF (Forwarder & Freight) shipping estimates. Requirements Fundamentals/Must haves Three-year degree, preferably in Business Administration, Economics/Finance or scientific subjects; At least one year's work experience gained in the Supply Chain/Planning/Procurement/Logistics sector; Proactive, dynamic and problem-solving approach. Preferential/Nice to have Excellent communication and team building skills; Strong analytical and data processing skills; Excellent computer skills (especially Excel).
