Job Responsibilities Capture new business opportunities to drive growth Develop new customers and improve relationships with existing customers Align the annual sales targets with customers and monitor performance month over month Negotiate pricing, contract terms, credit lines, and ensure timely account receivable collections Ensure 100% customer satisfaction across pre-sales support, order fulfillment, payment collection, and after-sale service Increase revenues, profitability, and cash flow according to established KPIs Support marketing activities and communication to enhance brand image Monitor competitors’ pricing, NPIs, and strategies Collaborate actively with Head office teams to receive support and provide feedback on front-line information Travel regularly to visit existing and potential clients in the region Requirements Bachelor's or master's degree in business, electrical, power, or related fields Good understanding of the distribution PV market At least 3 years of B2B sales experience in PV or renewable energy industry Experience working for multinational companies with a global mindset Proven track record of successfully achieving sales targets PV technical background is a plus Positive, self-driven, diligent, with a can-do attitude and team spirit Strong negotiation and communication skills; ability to influence clients from procurement to C-suite levels Fast learner with street-smart skills Other Requirements Proficiency in both written and spoken English and the local language Ability to travel regularly and on short notice, domestically and internationally J-18808-Ljbffr
