The part you'll play
As
Junior Collection Merchandiser - Women's Leather Goods
, you will join our Headquarters in
Florence
on a fixed-term contract, becoming an integral part of the Collection Merchandising team. You will support the development and execution of the seasonal collection plan, ensuring alignment with the brand's vision and commercial objectives.
Your key responsibilities will include:
* Assisting in the planning and structuring of the collection, including assortment, architecture, and pricing.
* Analysing sell-in and sell-out performance, providing actionable insights.
* Preparing and updating weekly analytical reports.
* Monitoring competitors and conducting benchmark analysis.
* Supporting the preparation of commercial tools such as line sheets, collection books, and presentations.
* Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including Product Development, Sales, and Planning.
What you'll bring
* A degree in Economics, Marketing, Fashion Management, or a related field.
* 3+ years of experience in a similar role within Merchandising or Collection Merchandising, preferably within a structured premium, luxury, or contemporary fashion brand.
* Strong command of Excel, including pivot tables, advanced formulas, and data analysis. Familiarity with Power BI and PLM systems is highly desirable.
* Proven ability to develop and execute a merchandising plan.
* Fluency in English (both written and spoken).
* Exceptional analytical skills, combined with a strong product sense and understanding of collection dynamics.
