Key Responsibilities
The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive channel system in Italy, encompassing various stakeholders such as agents, secondary key accounts, and OEM customers.
They will formulate product and price strategies utilizing market funds to optimize the distributor system and ensure timely supply of channel inventory. Additionally, they will maintain market order and guarantee profitability for partners.
The successful individual will create sales strategies aligned with company requirements, establish quarterly/annual goals and plans, enhance marketing organization systems and management systems, and allocate resources effectively to execute marketing strategies.
Effective regional sell-in and sell-out management is crucial to ensure accurate sales forecasts.
Qualifications
To be considered for this role, candidates must hold a bachelor's degree in marketing, sales management, or a related field. Experience in personal care small appliances, kitchen appliances, pet products, or other related fields is highly desirable.
Candidates should possess more than five years of relevant local work experience, familiarity with the Italian markets, and a track record of integrated marketing success stories.
Strong communication skills, ability to withstand pressure, and deep market development and sales capabilities are essential. Prior team leadership and project development experience are also valuable assets.
