You will join a team of insurance professionals with powerful analytics and market insights, who can help Clients identify, quantify and manage exposures - and reduce the total cost of their people risk.
Marsh is seeking candidates to join our Mercer Marsh Benefits Team as a Sales Executive based in Milan or Rome.

We will count on you to:
3. Develop the MMB Employee Benefits and Welfare business in the assigned area and collaborate with Mercer to create a cohesive MMB value proposition;
4. Design a Sales Plan to pursue MMB growth opportunities, implementing a full range of insurance and service solutions;
5. Execute sales goals by and conduct frequent sales presentations, calls and meetings;
6. Represent as a Focal point for Client Executives and Office Managers for the assigned area and be responsible for the shared prospect pipeline;
7. Manage sales campaigns and other initiatives, create sales proposals, presentations and RFP responses which creatively and effectively address complex prospect needs and appropriately communicate the MMB business value of internal services and offerings;
8. Attend and participate frequently in industry events and conferences to build up a strong professional network
9. Develop the business in partnership with the different local offices throughout Italy as well as with Marsh McLennan businesses and identify new potential clients
What you need to have:
10. Degree in Economics or similar.
11. 5-10 years of working experience, preferably in sales/business development roles in insurance companies or brokers.
12. Extensive knowledge of Health&Benefits insurance products
13. Sales acumen
14. Fluent in written and spoken Italian and English
15. Ability to manage workload and prioritize tasks;
16. Ability to work independently and within a team-based environment.
