We're now looking for a Presales Engineer. This position is full-time and remote from Italy.
* Support business development by generating more leads through roadshows or workshops.
* Act as the technical expert during sales pitches and meetings, handling all technical communication and solution introductions.
* Build and maintain relationships with EcoFlow partners, earning trust through your in-depth technical knowledge and understanding of client requirements.
* Prepare technical materials and presentation slide decks for pre-sale support.
* Provide product training and close interaction to ensure all business partners understand the key USPs of EcoFlow products & services.
* Collect valuable feedback and insights from clients and partners, working closely with R&D to improve EcoFlow products.
* Help partners customize solutions based on your technical expertise to achieve commercial success.
Your profile includes:
* Bachelor's degree or higher in science or engineering; electrical engineering, electro-mechanical equipment, or related fields preferred.
* At least 3 years of experience in customer communication and pre-sale technical support roles; experience in Residential Energy Storage industry preferred.
* Strong self-drive and proactiveness, able to work independently and collaboratively across teams.
* Excellent communication skills, comfortable with customer-facing interactions and delivering training.
* Ability to understand customer needs and independently find solutions.
* Passion for the industry, willingness to learn continuously, and ability to grasp new and complex information quickly.
* Fluency in English and Italian is mandatory; additional languages like French, Polish, Dutch are a plus.
