For an internationally renowned brand in the mountain equipment and technical outdoor sector, we are seeking a Head of Sales to drive global growth.
The Head of Sales will be responsible for defining and executing the global sales strategy across all distribution channels. Reporting directly to top management, the role will oversee both the performance and the development of an integrated sales network composed of internal resources, distributors, and agents across key international markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive global sales strategy aligned with the company's growth objectives.
- Manage, mentor, and motivate the sales team (internal, external agents, and distributors).
- Monitor commercial performance, forecast sales, and ensure profitability across markets.
- Strengthen relationships with key partners and expand the brand's presence in priority geographic areas.
- Collaborate closely with Product, Marketing, and Operations to support market‑driven decisions.
- Represent the brand at international trade fairs, key customer meetings, and industry events.
Requisiti
- Solid experience in mountain equipment, technical outdoor apparel, or similar performance‑driven sectors.
- Proven track record in managing international sales networks and achieving strong commercial results.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, hands‑on approach, and ability to thrive in dynamic, growing environments.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Currently based in Italy or abroad and available to travel frequently.
