PWe are looking for a self-motivated, commercially aware and results-driven Business Development Manager to join us at Magicard by Brady, where you will drive growth in the west region (Benelux, France, South, North Africa) and play a pivotal role in expanding our market presence. /ppbr/ppbr/ppbKEY RESPOSIBILITIES /b /pulliLead the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, including RFP responses and contract negotiations, while maintaining accurate CRM records and providing regular sales forecasts and admin duties as required. /liliYou will be responsible for driving strategic sales in line with revenue and growth targets set each fiscal year. /liliMonitoring and analyzing sales performance, taking corrective action via relationships, negotiation and out of the box thinking. /liliIdentifying and on boarding new business partners (Distributors, VAR’s and Resellers) or customers that would buy our products. /liliConducting thorough market research to understand the customers, competition, market, industry, trends and applying your knowledge to adjust your sales approach. /liliRepresenting Magicard by Brady at sales or Customer events to increase our brand presence, ROI and sales. /li /ulpbr/ppbSkills and Experience you need: /b /pulli5 years of experience in a similar position including proven track record in business development or sales, preferably within the ID card market /liliExcellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to build long-term relationships with all stakeholders /liliSelf-motivation, target-drive and proactivity, be capable of working independently while maintaining a high level of performance /liliExperience with integrators, access control, security, or asset management technologies is a plus /liliWillingness and flexibility to travel extensively across the territory, including regular overnight stays and international travel /liliStrong objection handling skills /liliProficiency in English is a must /li /ulpbr/ppbWhat we offer: /b /ppMagicard by Brady is an inspiring place to work at.
