Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to join our team as an Account Sales Manager. This role will focus on driving business growth and expansion in the geospatial industry.

About the Job

This is a results-oriented position that requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in B to B sales, with a proven track record in the geospatial industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of features-benefit-solutions selling and be fluent in Italian and English.

Responsibilities

* Achieve regional sales targets by developing and executing effective sales strategies
* Create and implement regional sales plans and quotas to maximize sales volumes and market share
* Conduct direct and indirect business development activities to develop new distribution channels and key accounts
* Support distributors in the development of their business activities and respond to sales inquiries
* Visit customers and conduct demonstrations to convert business leads into orders
* Propose and participate in trade shows, events, and promotional roadshows
* Analyze regional market trends and identify new growth opportunities

Requirements

* Master's or Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, or Engineering
* Minimum 3 years of experience in B to B sales in the geospatial industry
* Fluency in Italian and English, both written and oral
* Results-oriented with a positive outlook and clear goals
* Excellent negotiation and communication skills

Travel Requirements

This position requires frequent travel within Italian-speaking countries and occasional travel in Europe to visit business partners, clients, and trade shows.
