Our primary expertise lies in producing, developing, and marketing chemical intermediates, additives, specialty chemicals, and plastics. /ppOur commercial success is based on the performance, innovative strength, and commitment of our employees. /ppLANXESS Italy is currently seeking strong, motivated, and talented individuals with appropriate sales and technical experience for the position of bSenior Sales Manager Material Protection Products – Industrial Business line portfolio (MPP BU) /b. /ppbLocation : /b /ppItaly (travel within Europe is expected) /ppThe range of products and applications is diverse, with a strong focus on paints coatings and construction chemicals markets. /ppbMain Responsibilities : /b /ppWithin the overall BU MPP strategy, the Senior Sales Manager will develop customer strategies and business cases to ensure growth in BU MPP Sales Biocides for the Industrial business line. /ppbKey responsibilities : /b /pulliLead the MPP IND sales in Italy and Greece. /liliSecure and develop existing customer portfolios while providing high-quality technical and regulatory support. /liliIdentify new opportunities and potential customers (lead generation). /liliVisit customers to assess needs and promote products and services. /liliProvide or participate in training and technical assistance, including hygiene audits and product use presentations. /liliCreate and maintain accurate customer files. /liliCollaborate with technical marketing, RD, regulatory affairs, product management, sales, and segment teams. /liliNegotiate prices, volume targets, and financial terms following company guidelines. /liliProvide regular, accurate sales forecasts. /liliContribute to annual budgeting and setting objectives. /liliMonitor market trends, fluctuations, and competitor activities. /liliCommunicate market insights internally. /liliOversee local MPP Industrial business activities and team. /li /ulpbKnowledge and Experience : /b /pulliMaster's Degree in Chemistry, Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience. /liliAt least 10 years of successful sales experience in the chemical or related industries. /liliKnowledge of the industrial biocides sector and experience with biocidal products is essential. /liliPrevious experience in team management or coordination. /liliWillingness to travel extensively within Italy and EMEA region. /liliNative Italian speaker with excellent English skills. /liliStrong communication and presentation skills. /liliResult-oriented working style. /li /ulpWe welcome everyone committed to our values.
