As part of the Local Commercial & Professional Marketing team, you drive adoption and profitability of Philips Sleep & Respiratory Care solutions in Triveneto. You will train and support clinicians, technicians, and home care providers, while scaling commercial and educational activities with partners. You’ll visit customers to gather feedback, monitor tenders and market dynamics, and build strong CRM-driven segmentation. This role combines field engagement with cross-functional collaboration to expand sleep therapy adoption and reach. Retribuzione / Benefits
Manage customers and clinical stakeholders in the assigned territory Develop and execute marketing, educational, and commercial activities for prescribers and Home Care providers in collaboration with Business Partners Conduct regular visits to prescribers and other stakeholders to collect feedback and monitor tenders, competition, and Home Care penetration Support the clinical community and hospitals to expand sleep and ventilation therapy adoption Train all customers to ensure high-quality usage per the IFU Foster strong relationships with partner field organizations to increase adoptionMaintain and update customer segmentation profile in CRM Monitor local market trends, market share and prescriptions to shape commercial strategies Responsabilità
Bachelor or Master Degree, or equivalent experience in a technical background Previous experience as sales/technical specialist in medical sector is preferred Experience in home care market is a plus Knowledge of computer applications (Microsoft Word, Excel) required Self-motivated, enthusiastic, proactive and able to manage own workload Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to establish relationships Verbal and written English proficiency in addition to Italian as local language
