PpSales Line, headhunting recruiting company, is selecting a Junior Office Marketing Assistant for the Milan office (80% smartworking) who will support the Managing Director in managing their agenda, as well as providing support in administrative, marketing, and back-office activities. /ppstrongWhat do we offer? /strong /ppAn interesting Employee Experience with a clear path, along with on-the-job training. /ppstrongWhat is the challenge for you and Sales Line? /strong /polliSupport the Managing Director, Benedetto Caramanna, in the development of Sales Line. /li /olpstrongRESPONSIBILITIES /strong /polliSupport the Managing Director in planning all annual activities, ensuring through weekly meetings that execution aligns with the action plan, intervening proactively with a problem-solving approach. /liliAssist the Managing Director in executing their agenda, particularly for Marketing events. /liliCoordinate internal and external communications: The Office Manager manages communications within the office, among employees, and with clients, suppliers, and other external stakeholders. This may include answering phone calls, managing emails, coordinating meetings, and planning events. /liliAssist the Managing Director with all marketing activities. /liliManage documentation: responsible for managing and archiving company documentation, including contracts, legal documents, internal policies, and other relevant documents, ensuring they are organized, accessible, and up to date. /liliOversee secretarial activities: supervise secretarial tasks such as meeting scheduling and materials preparation. /liliManage the issuance of active invoices and their sending to clients, also handling the payment of passive invoices and supporting the accountant. /liliManage office expenses and budget: responsible for managing office expenses, including purchases, supplies, services, as well as planning and monitoring the office budget. /liliProvide general administrative support to the organization, such as maintaining records and managing employee inquiries. /liliManage relationships with suppliers. /li /olpstrongTHE IDEAL CANDIDATE /strong /pulliHas an excellent academic background. /liliHas at least 1 year of experience as an Office Assistant. /liliPossesses high-level organizational skills, able to identify priorities, urgencies, and deadlines. /liliIs detail-oriented. /liliExhibits strong problem-solving skills. /liliEmpathy and effective communication complete the profile. /liliHas a good knowledge of English (at least B2). /li /ulpstrongWORK LOCATION: /strong /pp80% smartworking - Milan office 1 time a week to meet with the Managing Director. /ppstrongEMPLOYMENT STATUS: /strong /pulliEmployee contract + bonuses. /liliPermanent employee. /li /ulpThis announcement is aimed at candidates of both sexes (D.
