Aptar is seeking aSenior Account Manager, South East Europebased inAptar Chieti, responsible for developing the business of the assigned accounts as well as expanding the customer base.
You will implement Aptar's strategy within the account by designing and executing account strategies and seeking new customers.
As a Senior Account Manager, you will:
Develop sales within your assigned accounts
Identify and pursue new business opportunities with existing and potential customers
Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
Develop new business with existing and new clients and identify areas for growth
Assess the potential and attractiveness of customers
Promote Aptar's full range of products and services to establish long-term relationships
Coordinate internal contributions to sales development, including account team members and referents
Apply sales strategies and policies to foster profitable growth
Prepare and monitor annual sales budgets and customer forecasts
Education
Required Skills
At least 5 years of experience managing geographically extended sales organizations
2 years of experience working directly with multinational clients
Experience collaborating with operations to balance different needs
Proficiency in Italian and English; French is a plus
Preferred Skills
Ability to work effectively in an international environment
Travel Requirements
70% travel expected
