As a Global Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing business strategies across regions to drive profitable growth. This involves increasing penetration in Sales and Demand Creation performance, resulting in market share gain on a global basis.
Your primary goal is to effectively communicate the company's value proposition to customers, negotiate opportunities, and position Future's capabilities. This requires a deep understanding of customer needs and challenges.
* You will develop relationships with senior management at customer sites through regular visits and provide Value-Added Solutions and Corporate Initiatives to enhance service capabilities.
* Work with branch and regional management to set, implement, and monitor sales and margin budgets globally by site.
* Drive key supplier initiatives outlined by marketing at each customer site to ensure corporate supplier commitments are achieved.
* Engage the Field Application Engineering team to capitalize on associative sell opportunities.
To succeed in this role, you must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be highly organized and accurate, and able to work under pressure.
