Jameel Motors is the global mobility division of Abdul Latif Jameel. In Italy, we have expanded with the Geely and ZEEKR brands, offering innovative and sustainable electric vehicles. ZEEKR, a premium electric vehicle brand launched in 2021, focuses on advanced technology and personalized digital experiences in the premium EV segment.

Lead the development and execution of ZEEKR’s marketing strategy in Italy, driving brand awareness, customer acquisition, retail and online sales growth.

• Develop and execute the annual marketing plan and manage the budget, focusing on results.
• Ensure consistent brand positioning and local adaptation of global campaigns.
• Lead digital marketing and performance activities, including lead generation and conversion optimisation.
• Oversee CRM strategy and customer lifecycle & experience programmes.
• Drive retail marketing, events, launches, and high‑impact brand activations.
• Build and manage strategic partnerships with premium brands, media, and industry stakeholders.
• Support the retail network and manage local events, launches, and activations.
• Coordinate with PR, agencies, and external partners.
• Monitor KPIs and optimise activities to improve ROI and customer acquisition.

• Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).
• 6–10 years of experience in automotive or premium/luxury sectors.
• Strong digital marketing expertise and data‑driven mindset.
• Proven experience in brand activations, partnerships, and performance‑oriented marketing.
• Strategic thinking combined with a hands‑on, execution‑oriented approach.
