Support the definition of multi-year strategic and annual operating plans;
Define sales forecasts, commercial and contractual conditions;
coordinate international sales and customer service teams;
Market analysis, price list definition and product positioning;
Supervision of commercial proposals;
management and development of the customer portfolio;
Define commercial strategies and marketing plans within budget;
Identify new opportunities and coordinate Private Label/OEM projects;
Develop collaborations with KOLs and local universities.
Requirements
University degree in languages or economics or equivalent experience;
10 years of commercial experience in multinational or structured environments;
Solid B2B and/or PrivateLabel experience;
Proven experience managing international teams;
Fluent English (C1);
Second language at professional level (B2), preferably German;
Third language considered a plus (French appreciated);
Good Microsoft Office knowledge;
Leadership and communication skills;
Results orientation;
analytical and problem-solving skills;
