In this role you own the end-to-end rollout for Amazon Key within EU-enterprises, bridging Sales and Operations to scale onboarding and adoption. You will design rollout plans, create enablement programs, and establish scalable processes across UK, DE, and EU markets. You’ll quantify success through adoption metrics, tackle blockers with cross-functional teams, and build trusted partnerships with senior client stakeholders. This opportunity combines strategic program leadership with hands‑on rollout execution in a fast‑growing smart home space.

* Own strategic relationships with top property management and enterprise clients, overseeing onboarding and ongoing enablement
* Lead cross‑functional initiatives with Sales, Install Operations, Engineering, and Product to ensure smooth customer experiences and adoption
* Develop the Customer Success function roadmap from scratch, including playbooks, engagement mechanisms, and scalable EU processes
* Analyze deployment data and satisfaction metrics to identify adoption barriers, conduct site visits and client meetings as needed
* Establish KPIs to measure customer success, monitor rollout progress, and communicate insights to leadership
* Champion customer voice to secure support for customer‑centric initiatives through compelling storytelling and stakeholder alignment
Responsabilità
* Bachelor in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
* Experience defining and implementing sales processes, policies, or procedures
* Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar
* Proven ability to use GenAI tools to transform processes and drive efficiency
* Track record managing strategic vendor/partner relationships and driving operational transformation
* Experience navigating unclear requirements, building new functions without playbooks, and making decisions with incomplete information
