Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Marketing Manager role based in Como. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to promote the Greyheath Hospitality brand and its destinations. Key responsibilities include creating marketing campaigns, overseeing digital channels, analyzing performance metrics, collaborating with creative teams, and identifying opportunities for brand growth. The role involves building strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners to maximize marketing reach and impact.
Qualifications
- Experience in Marketing Strategy, Campaign Development, and Brand Management
- Proficiency in Digital Marketing, Social Media Management, and Content Creation
- Analytical skills for Data Analysis, Performance Metrics Evaluation, and Market Research
- Strong Project Management, Communication, and Team Collaboration abilities
- Knowledge of the luxury hospitality industry and consumer behavior is highly desirable
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Italian or additional languages is a significant advantage
- Proven ability to work effectively in an on-site role and engage with local markets
