Key Responsibilities:
* Channel Development: Identify and recruit key distributors, resellers, and system integrators in Southern Europe to drive revenue growth.
* Strategy & Execution: Develop a comprehensive channel sales strategy to achieve sales targets for standardized life science products.
* Partner Enablement: Equip partners with product knowledge, sales tools, and marketing support to effectively sell solutions.
* Sales Management: Manage the sales pipeline with partners from lead generation to closing.
* Relationship Building: Cultivate long-term relationships with channel partners and key opinion leaders in biopharmaceutical, clinical diagnostics, and academic research communities.
* Market Intelligence: Provide feedback on customer needs, competitive landscape, and market trends to internal teams.
* Forecasting & Reporting: Provide accurate sales forecasts, activity reports, and market analysis using CRM.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
* Experience: 5-7 years of experience in channel sales or technical sales within the life science instrumentation industry.
* Network: A proven track record of building and managing a distributor/channel partner network in Southern Europe.
* Location: Remote work environment required.
* Product Knowledge: Strong understanding of laboratory workflows and familiarity with products such as liquid handlers and plate readers.
* Attributes: Self-starting, entrepreneurial individual with excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
