Responsibilities Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement regional sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets for service products. Identify and pursue new business opportunities while expanding existing customer relationships. Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to refine sales approaches. Collaborate with support functions to drive demand generation and lead conversion. Customer & Partner Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and channel partners. Conduct business reviews with customers to ensure satisfaction and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities. Resolve customer concerns collaboratively with support and operations teams. Reporting & Forecasting: Provide accurate sales forecasts and pipeline reports to senior leadership. Track and report regional performance metrics (revenue, margins, conversion rates, etc.). Utilize CRM tools to manage sales activities and ensure data accuracy. Collaboration & Cross-Functional Alignment: Work closely with Solutions, Marketing, and Hardware teams to align sales efforts with company goals. Provide field feedback to influence product development and service improvements. Team Leadership & Development: Lead, mentor, and motivate sales team members such as Account Executives and BDRs. Set performance expectations, monitor KPIs, and coach for continuous improvement. Foster a high-performance culture focused on accountability and customer success. Requirements Bachelor's or master's degree in science and technology, with preferred majors in power electronics, communication, electrical, mechanical, or automation. Strong decision-making skills to handle complex and urgent situations effectively. Relevant work experience and basic understanding of the new energy market. Proficiency in English for communication with foreign clients; additional languages are a plus. Ability to set clear team objectives, allocate tasks reasonably, promote collaboration, and accept overseas travel; overseas work experience is preferred. J-18808-Ljbffr
