Within the IT Infrastructure Department and under its governance, Citrix Specialist missions, under the responsibility of the Global IT Application & Product Operation Manager are:
* Contribute to the design and innovation of Virtual Application and Desktop delivery (3000 servers. 25000 users).
* Contribute to the definition and implementation of other remote access solutions.
* Automate the deployment of Virtual applications.
* Transfer knowledge to Application Delivery Ops team and Global Service Desk to support the infrastructure and End-Users.
* Create and maintain operational documentation and process.
Key Responsibilities
GLOBAL APPLICATION DELIVERY MANAGEMENT
* Troubleshoot and maintain Citrix Cloud infrastructure host on Azure.
* Troubleshoot and maintain other remote access solution.
* Implement policies (GPO, UEM, …).
* Implement automation and scripting (PowerShell, Python…).
* Understands priorities are driven by the business.
* Technicality and passion for technology.
* Problem solving, Analytical skills.
* Organization and planning.
* Proactiveness and sense of ownership.
* Ability to deal with ambiguity.

Technical:
* Citrix OnPrem
* Citrix Cloud Virtual Apps and Desktops
* Windows 10-11 environments
* Microsoft 365

* Group Policies management
* Scripting Skills (Powershell)
* Security best practices
* MSI/MSIX Packaging
Nice to have:
* User Environment Manager knowledge (Ivanti, Profile Unity, …)
* Azure Windows Virtual Desktop
* Citrix Analytics
* Citrix Netscaler
Successful candidate:
* Has at least 5 years of experience in a comparable position.
* Is dynamic, mature, team spirited and has positive attitude.
* Has excellent relational and communications skills.
* Embraces the strategy define by the management and makes it his own.
* Has experience with asset management following ITIL standards.
