We are looking for
a driven and enthusiastic Norwegian speaking Sales Executive (m/w/d), who desires to contribute to the growth and success of our Sales Team.
Your role in BizAway
 1. FULL CYCLE POSITION: you will manage the full sales process, from first contact to contract signature
 2. Research and prospect for new clients in Norway.
 3. Run outbound campaigns via phone, email, and other touchpoints.
 4. Present our solution to a range of people (C-Levels, HR Directors, Office Managers, Travel Managers, etc.).
 5. Present live demos of our platform to qualified prospects
 6. Lead negotiations with potential clients from Demo to Contract
 7. Forecast Sales Revenue, giving full visibility of your deal pipeline
 8. Be an evangelist of our solution, also attending fairs and public events
 9. Work with the SDRs and the whole Sales Team in a positive feedback loop.
 10. Proactively propose actions, strategies, and campaigns to improve the sales process and enhance growth.
Your basic qualifications
 11. You have an excellent level of English and you are native in Norwegian
 12. You have at least 1 year of experience in a similar role
 13. “No excuses” attitude: you know that your success depends on you and no one else.

 15. Proactivity: you actively propose value-creating solutions and are not afraid of mistakes

We are also interested in
 17. Previous experience in SAAS Sales / Business Travel / Start-ups
 18. Previous experience in high-pressure, fast-paced environments
