Unattended business development manager

Job Purpose • Prospect for potential customers for EV charging solution and vending machine using various direct methods such as calling, face to face meetings, and indirect methods such as networking • Profitably grow Castles revenue in agreed territories • Provide high quality sales and operational support to agreed sectors • Analysis of competitive products and selling techniques, sales budgets, pricing and customer research. Main Objectives & Activities • Manage EV charging solution, vending machine accounts on behalf of Castles • Achieve sales regional financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analysing variances; initiating corrective actions related to EV charging solution and vending machine products • Determine annual and gross-profit plans by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products; analysing trends and results; establishing pricing strategies; recommending selling prices; monitoring costs, competition, supply, and demand for EV charging solution and vending machine accounts • Close revenue contracts with new customers to exceed sales targets • Develop new business within new territories directly or by establishing distributors • Drive the entire sales cycle from initial customer engagement to closed sales. • Effectively communicate the value proposition, product vision and service capabilities to prospects. • Maintain a high level of relevant domain knowledge in order to have meaningful conversations with prospects. • Report on sales activity and provide feedback to company management on market trends and opportunities to deliver greater value to customers by extending company offerings Required Knowledge & Experience • 10 years proven new B2B business sales track record in a target-driven environment • Experience in a multicultural business environment and/or international sales role • Experience of Global Account management • Knowledge of the Card & Payments Industry is preferred; Payment Schemes, PSP, Gateway Partners, Acquirers, Financial Institutions, Retailers • Knowledge in EV charging solution & vendor machine market & ecosystem • Preferably multi-lingual • Willingness to travel extensively throughout your specified region • An organised and structured approach to problem solving. • The ability to communicate effectively verbally and written to internal and external customers
