We partner with some of the biggest manufacturing companies in the world and our technical innovations are used to enhance well-known brands across multiple industries.br/br/strongemDo you have a true passion for the Pharmaceutical or Electronic industries and for delivering the best solutions for our customers? /em /strong We are looking for an experienced Channel Sales Manager with a strong background in pharma or electronics applications who enjoys working in a competitive and multinational environment.br/br/The Channel Sales Manager will have the opportunity to develop and manage our partner network, driving growth in both established and emerging markets.br/br/strongWhat You Will Do /strong /p ul liDevelop, manage, and optimize the partner network (distributors, resellers, system integrators, etc.). /li liDefine and implement sales strategies for company partners aligned with company goals. /li liInitiate, develop, and close sales opportunities within the pharmaceutical and electronics industries, delivering assigned sales targets. /li liManage sales forecasting and reporting for the channel. /li liProspect new customers and accounts within the territory. /li liCollaborate with different departments to ensure effective go-to-market execution and market positioning. /li liWork with the Marketing and Communications team to publish online content, tradeshow presentations, and generate marketing materials. /li liPromote product lines by meeting customers in person and virtually to develop new business opportunities. /li liUse company CRM tools (Sales Force) to communicate updates and manage your opportunity pipeline. /li liDemonstrate commitment to safety for yourself and colleagues. /li liOther duties as required. /li /ul pstrongKey Requirements /strong /p ul liBSc, MSc, or PhD in Life Sciences or relevant experience. /li liProven experience (min. 3-5 years) in B2B sales, preferably managing indirect sales channels. /li liStrong knowledge of channel dynamics (sales through partners/distributors). /li liUnderstanding of cleanrooms and contamination control is beneficial. /li liStrong communication and solution-oriented skills. /li liExperience with CRM systems like Sales Force, confident in presentations and public speaking. /li liExcellent selling and negotiation skills, customer-focused, proactive, attentive to detail. /li liAbility to work autonomously from a home-based office and visit customers. /li liCreative, innovative, and capable of driving performance and change. /li liFluent in English. /li /ul pWe offer a permanent contract, competitive pay, performance incentives, and diverse benefits supporting wellbeing. /p pJoin us and be yourself.
