This role involves developing new business opportunities and managing existing client relationships. You will generate qualified leads, engage prospects, and manage accounts under the guidance of our Sales Director. Note: A C1 level in English and at least 2 years of experience in Sales and Business Development are required. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES Drive business expansion with new clients and nurture existing accounts Collaborate with the Sales team to develop strategies to grow the customer base Identify opportunities for up-selling and cross-selling Contribute ideas for value positioning Enhance networking opportunities through industry events (Trade Shows, Conferences, seminars, etc.) Support customers with problem-solving, building long-term relationships with the help of Delivery Units MUST-HAVE REQUIREMENTS Proficiency in English (C1 or equivalent) for international communication 2-3 years of experience in B2B business development and account growth Experience in outbound sales, prospecting, cold calling, emailing, and networking Proficiency with LinkedIn for social selling Excellent negotiation, communication, and telephone skills Self-motivated, autonomous, with good organizational skills Persistent and patient in lead generation and pipeline building Strong networking abilities and teamwork skills Diplomatic and able to work with diverse groups Familiarity with CRM practices and marketing fundamentals Ability to create and deliver tailored presentations Residence in Lombardy Bachelor's Degree NICE-TO-HAVE REQUIREMENTS Knowledge and passion for languages and cultures Experience with HR, Marketing, Communications, or Purchase Departments Overseas work or study experience Knowledge of Hubspot and LinkedIn Sales Navigator DIVERSITY AND INCLUSION Maka is an equal opportunity employer.
