 
        
        Job Description/Responsibility 1. Responsible for identifying, recruiting, and working with distributors and key value added reseller to drive new business and retain existing customers.
 * Motivate and energize the channel partners to work with Sangfor, develop sales and marketing initiatives with key partners to increase monthly sales revenue.
 * Identify and create new sales opportunity to maintain and develop good relationship with customers.
 * 4.Manage sales cycles, market business solutions, build a solid pipeline of qualified prospects and conduct all sales activities needed to achieve sales target
Requirements
 * Bachelor's Degree
 * 5+ years channel sales, solution selling or project selling experience in IT industry, prefer with Government sector customer experience, experience with local famous IT networking distributors or vendors is a plus.
 * Firm, dynamic, result-oriented and strong achievement motivation.
 * High integrity, target focused and able to work with minimum supervision.
 * Good interpersonal and communication skills.
