Key Responsibilities: In coordination with the local and international Sales, Business Development, and Marketing organizations, key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Forming close relationships with end users, consultants, and specifiers in the Video Security Channel to promote the Hanwha brand and increase sales and demand for Hanwha security products. Achieving set objectives related to sales and product mix by analyzing market opportunities, influencing decision makers, and ensuring sales growth. Strategic planning, including short and medium-term sales planning, sharing market information with the Hanwha Product Management team, and collaborating with the Country Manager on marketing and strategic direction. Managing and developing a network of partners (integrators and installers) within the Hanwha channel partner program (STEP Program), focusing on sales revenue. Supporting Strategic Sales Managers in opportunities within the assigned region and vertical markets. Additional responsibilities include: End user consultations Engaging with consultants and specifiers Liaising with major system integrators at senior levels Updating customers with product information Increasing project pipeline and revenue with existing customers Creating a project pipeline with new customers Reporting weekly on sales and project progress Conducting customer audits Market segmentation, positioning, and targeting Contributing ideas for marketing plans and product launches Focusing on product/channel/customer margins Forecast accuracy and achieving budgets and targets Requirements: Proven track record in business development or sales, achieving targets in demanding environments. Extensive experience with CCTV and related technologies, including presenting solutions to end users and specifiers. Ability to work independently, understand customer needs, and create professional proposals. Knowledge of the electronic security market, IT & Networking channels and potential customers. Experience working for a CCTV manufacturer is beneficial but not essential. Understanding of new technologies, especially network video systems. Business or technical degree is advantageous. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Strong relationship-building skills and motivation to enhance market and brand recognition. Independent thinking, good judgment, and motivation to achieve targets. Team player with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Proactive, solution-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently. Strong project management and communication skills, capable of presenting to high-level stakeholders. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Fluent in English and at least one European language. Valid driving license. Location: This is a field-based role; ideally, the candidate will reside in the Milan area or South Italy.
