It is accountable for defining the ‘One Chiesi’ Strategy and allocating resources to create long‑term, sustainable, shared value for the Group and its stakeholders. /p pbWhowe are looking for /b /p h3bPurpose /b /h3 pThe position will be placed in an organization that operates internationally, and will have contacts with all the group’s Affiliates /p h3bMain Responsibilities /b /h3 ul liResponsible for contract negotiation for Global Manufacturing (HQ and Sites), focusing on negotiating contracts for process equipment and all the correlating services (platform scale up, consultancy support, contracts for maintenance, …), leading the procurement process till the final contract definition and execution, in compliance with company procedures. /li liCollaborating with internal Department to define and manage RFI/RFP and calls for tenders. /li liDefinition and negotiation of the contractual instrument suitable for the context, such as Purchase Order, Procurement Contracts, Master Service Agreement, etc. with the support of Corporate Legal and the internal clients. /li liCreation on SAP of purchase orders and Contracts in digital and/or paper format. /li liCarrying out appropriate actions towards suppliers to comply with contractual terms and the adequacy of supplies in collaboration with Internal Customers. /li liTracking, managing and monitoring the market, challenging supplier cost increases and alternative supplier selection, proposal of suitable supply alternatives to internal customers. /li liCreation and maintenance of the partnership relationship with Internal Customers with the aim of supporting them from the beginning in the selection of suppliers and to implement all the negotiation strategies aimed at obtaining the best purchasing conditions for goods and services. /li liSupport Affiliates in strategic projects. /li liIndividuate suppliers that can support globally Chiesi Group, issuing Master Agreements or sharing best practices and knowledge of the specific category. /li liManagement of the strategic relationship with suppliers also for their qualification based on company policies. /li /ul h3bExperience Required /b /h3 pAt least 5 -6 years of work experience in Procurement function; experience in managing, negotiating and contracting of Indirect categories will be a plus. /p h3bEducation /b /h3 pPreferred Master’s Degree in Law or Engineering /p h3bLanguages /b /h3 pFluency in English (knowledge of French will also be evaluated as a plus).
