PpReports to: CEObr/Scope: Stormind Games Red Raion /p h3Role Overview /h3 pWe are looking for a highly organized and execution-driven Commercial Operations Specialist to directly support the CEO in managing and coordinating commercial activities and external relationships across multiple revenue streams. /p pThis role enforces operational discipline across all commercial discussions, partnerships and deal flows within both Stormind Games and Red Raion. /p pThis is not a business development role.br/This is not a sales leadership position. /p pIt is an operational execution role designed to support the CEO in focusing on strategic positioning and deal negotiation. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liManage the CEO’s commercial calendar and external meeting logistics /li liCoordinate external meetings with partners and clients /li liDraft professional follow-up emails and structured meeting recaps /li liTrack commercial pipeline status, next steps, deadlines, ownership, and ensure execution of agreed actions /li liMaintain CRM accuracy and tracking across both entities /li liMonitor draft commercial agreements prior to legal finalization /li liCoordinate internally to collect required materials for commercial proposals /li liPrepare concise pre-meeting briefing notes for the CEO /li liPrepare structured commercial reports for the CEO, including clear snapshots of active deals, next actions and execution status /li liMaintain and update standard commercial templates (decks, one-pagers, proposal structures) in coordination with Marketing, Finance, and Legal /li liUse Microsoft Office or other tools to produce clear reporting dashboards and executive summaries /li liCoordinate and track external business development partners (including regional representatives) /li liSupport planning and scheduling of major industry events and trade shows /li liMonitor relevant industry news and partner activities, providing structured updates /li liSupport prioritization of active commercial initiatives, helping structure what requires immediate CEO involvement versus delegated execution /li liPrepare regular pipeline and forecast summaries for the CEO, highlighting risks and opportunities /li liProactively chase internal and external stakeholders to ensure momentum on active deals /li liCoordinate with Finance to ensure that draft agreements respect approved pricing models, margin targets, and payment terms /li liCoordinate with Legal to ensure that commercial terms agreed in principle are correctly reflected before CEO signature /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul li4-7 years of experience in Commercial Operations, Business Operations, or Sales Operations /li liExperience supporting senior commercial or executive stakeholders /li liUnderstanding of commercial contracts (NDAs, MoUs, licensing and service agreements) and typical deal structures /li liStrong written and spoken English /li liAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint) /li liAbility to build structured reports and executive-level summaries /li liExcellent organizational and prioritization skills /li liComfortable interacting with C-level executives /li liExperience with data visualization and dashboard creation /li liHigh attention to detail and strong sense of accountability /li liStructured, disciplined and proactive /li /ul h3Nice to Have /h3 ul liExperience in B2B tech, gaming, media, or international companies /li liFamiliarity with CRM systems (HubSpot, Zoho, etc.) /li liExperience supporting complex executive workflows /li /ul h3Working Model /h3 ul liHybrid role with periodic in-person presence required /li liAvailability to support international time zones when necessary /li liOccasional travel for industry events (e.g., trade shows, partner meetings) may be required /li /ul pSubmit your resume and a short cover letter in English to join Red Raion and Stormind Games. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
