Ph3MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB /h3 pThe Product Manager EUDR will be responsible for developing promoting and selling services while ensuring outstanding internal expertise and service excellence across all involved staff. /p pThis role will report to the Global Business Manager Forestry Timber and Paper. /p h3RESPONSIBILITIES /h3 h3EUDR Service Development /h3 ul liConduct market research competitor analysis and identify strategic partnerships. /li liDefine service objectives and roadmap in alignment with business goals. /li liDevelop pricing strategies and commercial models. /li liEnsure services are scalable cost-effective and compliant with relevant regulations. /li liCollaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g. operations IT sales legal) to design and launch services. /li liCommunicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment. /li liEstablish business processes and partnerships (e.g. IT solutions consultancies) to enhance service delivery and sales. /li /ul h3Marketing and sales /h3 ul liSupport marketing and sales teams with service positioning messaging and training. /li liPromote services at industry events and deliver external trainings (e.g. webinars). /li liAssist in the creation of marketing and sales collateral (e.g. brochures presentations FAQs). /li liPrepare complex contracts for international clients including all required documentation and annexes. /li /ul h3Technical Management /h3 ul liManage internal knowledge and expertise related to EUDR services and solutions. /li liEnsure excellence and consistency across SGS affiliates auditors and involved staff. /li liEnsure services meet legal regulatory and quality standards. /li liIdentify and mitigate operational and reputational risks. /li liDevelop implement and maintain service procedures and templates. /li liDefine and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs). /li liDrive continuous improvement initiatives. /li /ul h3Operations /h3 ul liCoordinate and organize audits for complex international contracts in collaboration with affiliates. /li liManage partnerships and joint activities with IT solution providers and consultancies. /li liLead and conduct EUDR assessments in the role of auditor. /li liPerform technical reviews to ensure quality and compliance. /li /ul h3Other /h3 ul liPerform any other reasonable tasks as assigned by direct line manager. /li /ul h3Qualifications : Education /h3 ul liTertiary education or secondary education with equivalent professional training and work experience in the primary sector or processing of related commodities (cattle coffee palm oil rubber soya wood). /li /ul h3Experience /h3 ul liExtensive commercial experience in the primary sector or processing of related commodities (. /li liOperations experience in a testing inspection and certification environment. /li liGood understand and experience with EUDR or EUTR is a must have /li /ul h3Competencies /h3 ul liLeadership skills ability to drive and lead operations. /li liDecisive adaptable ethical problem solver persuasive commercially-sensitive. /li liCustomer and commercial focus. /li liVerbal written English communication skills highly developed presentation skills and ability to interact effectively with senior management of organizations. /li liComputer literate. /li liMultiple language proficiency an advantage. /li /ul pThis is remote based position and we are open to candidates located everywhere across Europe.
