The LIKUM Group is an internationally active group of companies. With 6 locations in Europe and over 350 employees, the group specializes in the manufacture of complex plastic parts. LIKUM’s strength lies in offering customers a wide range of core competencies, from fibre optic technology to electronic components and high-precision parts. Products are developed and produced from micro parts to XXL sizes. Whether in the automotive, aircraft, medical, or white goods sector – LIKUM Engineering realizes and produces customers’ wishes and sophisticated ideas in series production.

The successful LIKUM Group is continuously developing and aims to continue growing in the coming years.

Role Overview:

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing all sales activities in international markets and managing the existing customer base. You will oversee the entire sales process from lead generation to contract closure to ensure the achievement of sales, margin, and credit targets.

Towards Customers:

* Supporting existing customers and acquiring new customers
* Managing the sales process from lead generation to contract conclusion
* Maintaining and updating master data in the CRM system
* Communicating with customers regarding overdue payments and contract breaches
* Implementing and following up on price adjustments
* Ensuring full utilization of production through sufficient projects

Strategic Responsibilities:

* Maintaining customer proximity by being onsite and understanding their needs
* Contributing to the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts
* Conducting market development and competition analyses
* Achieving sales targets while respecting profit margins, customer conditions, and budgets

Team Collaboration:

Active cooperation with the sales team and the project management team within LIKUM Group

Company Responsibilities:

* Adhering to all company policies, procedures, and ethics
* Collaborating and working in harmony with all employees
* Managing all sales-related issues as the primary contact

Your Profile: Experience

* Experience in sales, with knowledge of toolmaking, injection molding, and/or plastic parts in the automotive industry
* Experience with international contracts

Personal Skills:

* Strong business and service orientation
* Goal and results-oriented mindset
* Independent working style with team collaboration skills
* Ability to build and maintain networks
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* Analytical and strategic thinking abilities
* Willingness to travel internationally

Education:

* Completed technical studies or comparable training with a solid technical background
* Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM systems

Language Skills:

Business fluent in written and spoken German and English
