Job Description: The Impact You’ll Make in this Role As a Sales Market Specialist for Utilities and Construction market segments at Personal Safety Division Italy, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by developing PSD (Personal Safety Division) business in all product portfolios with focus in PPE and specifically in Respiratory Protection, Fall Protection, Communications and in Utilities, Construction segments, in particular: - Managing directly prioritized Accounts in the Utilities, Construction market Segments. - Monitoring and tracking main projects and opportunities for the assigned product portfolios and market segments. - Support of the specialized channel partners working in collaboration with internal functions and organizations (Application Engineers, Marketing, Pricing team, Regulatory etc.). - Working in collaboration with local PSD Demand Generation sales team and AE team to identify and develop sales projects and opportunities. - Manage a network of Service Centres throughout the country to ensure all pre - and after-sales services required to commercialize assigned products. - Following sales and marketing programs with timely and effective use of CRM tools - Delivering customer / market focuses on technical training and developing and leveraging inspirational e-Media resources. - Leveraging your knowledge to position 3M as the thought leader within the PPE industry and within supported markets_._ Your Skills and Expertise - _ Minimum 2 years of sales in B2B or equivalent market knowledge_ - _ Education: technical background_ - _ Ability to work effectively in international and cross-functional organization_ - _ Available to spend most of the time visiting customers_ - _ Negotiation and communication skills_ - _ Fluent English_ - _ Knowledge and attitude to the use of CRM systems_ Additional knowledge / nice-to-have skills / preferred qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include: - _ Specific Knowledge of assigned Product Portfolios_ - _ Occupational Health Market (Personal Protective Equipment) knowledge_ Job specifics: - This position is preferably based in Milan - Travel: May include up to 70%, regular travel across Italy to visit customers, distribution partners Does this opportunity and our innovative 3M culture align with your career aspirations?
