We are looking for a Key account manager to join our team!

What You’ll Do
* Manage and grow an existing portfolio of B2B clients (retailers, perfumeries, pharmacies, concept stores, and chains).
* Identify and develop new business opportunities across Italy.
* Promote new products, sales campaigns, and launch activities.
* Negotiate commercial terms in line with company strategy.
* Work closely with the marketing and customer care teams to ensure the best client experience.
* Visit clients regularly and attend industry fairs and events.
* Support the planning and organization of events and trade shows in Italy and abroad (logistics, operational support, materials management).
* Handle general administrative tasks related to sales.
* Provide daily support to the Head of Sales.
* Monitor sales performance and market trends in your assigned area.
Requirements
* Minimum 1 year of experience in B2B sales, ideally in cosmetics, beauty, or related sectors.
* Fluent in Italian and English (written and spoken).
* Strong interpersonal, listening, and negotiation skills.
* Proactive attitude, flexibility, and goal-oriented mindset.
* Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, especially in operational and administrative tasks.
* Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
* Willingness to travel across Italy.
* Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
* Valid driving license (Category B).
