PpSpace assets and services are not fully monetized. At Revolv Space, we are solving the problem of low duty cycles by developing and manufacturing the next generation of critical subsystems enabling continuous spacecraft operations and therefore full monetization of space assets. /p pWe start with tackling the power limitations of small satellites by providing best-in‑class products for small satellites: Solar Array Drive Assemblies, solar arrays and deployment mechanisms. /p pTo achieve this mission, we are on the lookout for a bLead AIT (Assembly, Integration Testing) Engineer /b. In this role, you will be getting your hands on the hardware on the production floor together with the AIT team and you will manage the team's resources (lead the team, manage priorities and rule the labs). The ideal candidate will bbe process‑oriented, have experience in coordinating deeply technical assembly and testing activities, and have experience in electrical/electronics AIT /b. You will be working closely with the Product Owners, QA and the COO. /p pHere’s how the role is described by Aleksander, our COO: “We are currently undergoing a transformation from a product development startup to a company with a growing order backlog and production focus. Therefore, we are breaking out an AIT team to allow the RD and AIT departments to focus on what matters most to them, respectively. You would be joining a start‑up in a phase of heavy growth – this means an opportunity for you to grow into a leading role in operations and production over time. Today, the job will be a mix of hands‑on and managerial responsibilities, however in the future you’ll be able to grow into a production management role or further your skills as an AIT technical expert. This role not only allows but also demands owning everything that is going on in our labs (today about 150 sqm, soon scaling to approx. 500 sqm). We are looking for somebody that will not be afraid of the challenge of wearing many hats and building something big together.” /p pWorking location: Turin, Italy /p pWorking language: English /p pStarting date: bJune-July 2026 /b /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul libHands‑on execution: /b ul liBuild, test our products and validate processes together with the AIT team; /li liCoordinate the definition and compliance with internal processes; /li liEnsure completeness and accuracy of all AIT inventory‑related documentation; /li liCollaborate with the engineering team on technical designs to derisk the AIT phase of new products; /li liParticipate in optimization of the production processes and take active part in scaling our production facility. /li /ul /li libLeadership Coordinatio… /b ul liAct as the primary interface between AIT and Product Owners (POs), QA, and Procurement; /li liManage the master production schedule for our AIT campaigns; /li liServe as the bridge for QA, ensuring anomalies are tracked and resolved without compromising product quality; /li liGuarantee inventory accuracy for the lab; trigger the procurement of necessary consumables, tools, and equipment to prevent production bottlenecks. /li /ul /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liA proven track record of 8+ years in space AIT (highly preferred) or a high‑reliability hardware industry (e.g., medical, defense, aviation, sensitive measurement instrumentation); /li liA strong background in manufacturing of electronic electrical systems; /li liExperience managing small, high‑performance technical teams: you know how to “set your foot down” on quality while keeping the team motivated under a tight delivery schedule; /li liComfortable with ambiguity: you can “do” (define the process) and “delegate” (coordinate the execution) in the same afternoon; /li liSystems thinking – we build electromechanical systems where mechanical, electrical, electronics and firmware components all play crucial role in product’s integrity; /li liFluent use of English (clear written and spoken communication); /li liManagement and leadership skills. /li /ul h3Nice to Have /h3 ul liExperience with serial production or scaling production lines; /li liExperience with environmental testing (TVAC, Vibration, EMC). /li /ul h3What we offer /h3 ul liRAL range EUR; /li ligoal‑oriented environment with flexible working hours; /li lipossibility of occasional remote work; /li liinternational team driven by passion and commitment; /li licompany activities and retreats; /li limeal vouchers (Buoni pasto); /li lihands‑on experience with the design, manufacturing, and testing of space‑grade systems; /li lidirect impact on a NewSpace startup in the heart of Europe’s high‑tech hub; /li lipossibility of participation in the early‑employee equity scheme. /li /ul h3About the hiring process /h3 ol li15‑min screening call with Gaia (HR Manager) /li liTake‑home case study /li li60 min interview with Aleksander (COO), your future closest teammate; /li li45‑min behavioural interview with Marco (CEO), HR and the founding team, plus a visit to our Lab in Turin /li liWelcome onboard! /li /ol pThe language of the hiring process is English. At Revolv Space, we are dedicated to building a diverse, inclusive and authentic workplace, so if you’re excited about this role but your past experience doesn’t align perfectly with every qualification in the job description, we encourage you to apply anyways. You may be just the right candidate for this or other roles. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
