If raw seafood is your art, if opening an oyster is for you a precise and respectful ritual, and if you're familiar with dry-aging fridges, cutting-edge technologies, and processes that enhance the raw ingredient — then you might be the person we're looking for.

Our Oyster Bar is located in a truly unique setting: Cefalù, one of the most fascinating gems of Sicily, where the sea meets history and beauty. Nestled among ancient alleyways and breathtaking views, our venue is a landmark for those seeking an authentic, refined, and unforgettable gastronomic experience.

Who we're looking for:

* A Chef with proven experience in oysters and raw seafood;
* A technically skilled individual with creative vision and refined taste;
* Proficiency in using dry-aging fridges and next-gen equipment;
* Precision, cleanliness, and deep respect for raw ingredients.

Pay: €1, €3,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

* Cefalù, Sicilia: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

* Raw Chef: 5 years (Required)

* Inglese (Required)
