Position: SAP AMS Consultant at the Naples, Rome, Bari, Cosenza, Milan, Turin locations.
Role involves providing Application Maintenance services across SAP modules for our key clients.
ResponsibilitiesTake ownership of tickets and resolve within contractual SLAs
Provide ongoing support to Key Users
Collaborate effectively within a team
Lead evolutionary activities, from requirements gathering to UAT with the business
QualificationsAt least 2/3 years of experience in one of the SAP modules: FI, MM, SD, VIM, PM
Good knowledge of the FI module and submodules FI-GL, FI-AP, FI-AR
Asset Accounting FI-AA, Treasury Management FI-TR, and FI New GL knowledge is a plus
Knowledge of CO is a plus
Knowledge and application of ITIL methodology for IT service management
Nice to have knowledge of FI/CO integration with other modules (SD/MM/PM/QM/PP/HCM)
Preferably a Master's degree in economics/management
SAP certifications (e.g., SAP Certified Application Associate Financial Accounting) are a plus
Analytical and decisional mindset
Ability to engage with clients in a consulting style
Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team
Good written and spoken English
