Responsibilities
We are looking for an Hostess Agent to join our prestigious Divinity Restaurant located within The Pantheon. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring a warm, luxurious, and seamless experience from arrival to departure. He will be tasked with the following duties, responsibilities and assignments:
* Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a positive first impression of the restaurant.
* Manage reservations efficiently, maintaining an organized seating plan.
* Let guests to their tables, providing menus and relevant information about the restaurant.
* Handle guest inquiries and assist with special requests or concerns promptly and courteously.
* Coordinate with the service team to ensure timely seating and guest satisfaction.
* Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand and waiting area.
* Manage waiting lists during peak hours, providing accurate wait time estimates.
* Uphold the high standards of service and presentation expected at a 5-star establishment.
Skills
To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviors, skills, and values that follow:
* Hostess Agent experience in Hotel of same category, preferable in Luxury Marriott Properties.
* Passion for delivering exceptional guest service.
* Excellent command of Italian and English. Additional languages will be appreciated.
* High school diploma or GED; experience in the guestservices, front desk, or related professional area.
* Calm, organized work, strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs preferred.
* Proficiency in Opera PMS, MGS, MARSHA Operational Systems required.
