We are currently seeking a Quality Promoter – HoReCa Channel ( Emilia Romagna ) to join our Global Sales Department. This strategic role will be responsible for developing illy’s quality strategy for the Horeca channel on the local market focusing on maintaining a market positioning in line with the business goals, across the assigned region. Key Responsabilities: • Ensure product and service quality : monitor and ensure that preparation procedures meet company quality standards. • Technical and sales training : conduct training sessions for customers and employees on the correct use of machines and optimal product management. • After-sales support : provide timely and professional technical assistance, either directly or by coordinating maintenance activities, resolving any quality issues and improving customer satisfaction. • Monitoring and reporting : gather feedback on machine operation and the quality of the coffee produced, prepare reports, and propose improvements.
